Located in Yzerfontein Tula Guest Farm offers a cosy family cottage and a spacious farmhouse with a shared pool that can be rented separately or together, or for venue hire. Creating the perfect setting for couples, families, or groups to slow down and reconnect.
Tula Guest Farm offers two unique stays surrounded by the natural beauty of Yzerfontein. The spacious farmhouse is ideal for larger groups, while the comfort cottage is perfect for smaller gatherings.

The farmhouse offers 6 en-suite rooms:
Rooms 1 & 2 – Each sleeps 3 guests with a queen bed and a single bed.
Rooms 3, 4 & 5 – Each sleeps 2 guests with a double bed.
Room 6 (Attic Room) – A large space that sleeps 6 guests with one queen bed and four single beds.
All rooms include luxurious bedding, crisp white linen, and guest towels. The farmhouse can accommodate up to 18 guests in total.

The cottage includes a full bathroom as well as a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
In total, the cottage can accommodate up to 9 guests.

THE FARM venue hire
The farmhouse at Tula Guest Farm is ideal for hosting intimate gatherings of up to 25 guests. The venue includes access to the indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, as well as the pool, creating a relaxed space for celebrations, workshops, or private events. Catering, food and drinks, and entertainment are not included, allowing you to bring your own theme, style, and atmosphere to make the space truly yours.
Time and Stay
Bookings are available Monday to Thursday for up to 6 hours and Friday to Saturday with events ending no later than 8pm. Guests also have the option to combine their function with overnight accommodation, making Tula the perfect choice for gatherings that flow into a farm stay experience.
